 MEASURING:

Keep the tape measure level and parallel to the floor. For an accurate measurement, measure yourself in your underwear.

Bust: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust (generally nipple level)

Waist: Measure all the way around the smallest part of your abdomen (generally about two fingers above your belly button)

Hip: Standing with legs together, measure all the way around the fullest part of your bottom/hip area (lower than your actual hipbone, this is generally where your leg crease is when you move)

Above Knee: Relax your leg in a straight position and measure all the way around the top of your knee/base of the thigh about three fingers up from the centre of your knee cap

Centre Knee: Relax your leg in a straight position and measure all the way around the middle of your knee over the knee cap.
